Coach for Widows offers:

• 1:1 and group grief coaching      
• Digital meditation downloads and related resources
• Optional texting services for encouragement and support

These services are intended for personal growth, comfort, and emotional support. They are not a substitute for therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or legal advice.

2. Eligibility

By using this website or purchasing services, you confirm that you are:

• At least 18 years old
• Legally able to enter into binding agreements
• Using these services for personal purposes only

3. Payments & Refunds

• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted.
• Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers.
• Due to the digital nature of meditations and downloadable content, all sales are final.
• Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Refunds are not offered once a session is completed.

4. Limitation of Liability

Coach for Widows is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of coaching, meditations, or texting services. By using these services, you acknowledge that results may vary and no guarantees are made.

5. Termination of Services

Coach for Widows reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or restrict access to services at any time for misuse, harassment, or violation of these terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of California, United States.
